SO BAD. Cheap af. The same frames didn't even match. Our printed picture came out wrong twice with some horrible filter. They let us keep the whole thing and sent another one cuz thats how cheap their products are!!! No way am I even asking for a third one. All I can say is CHEAP for an expensive price and a fake representation of their products.

Unbelievable how our experience has turned out. We visited the Brooklyn location to frame a limited edition print. I highlighted the importance of the print and expressed concerns that it might be damaged during shipping, and they assured me that this would not be an issue as 'this is what we do.'
Received the piece and the art was DAMAGED. The print was TORN. (The frame was also dinged up, but a small issue compared to the damaged artwork).
Customer service was empathetic and quick to respond. They offered to replace the artwork by purchasing a the same print (different number) on eBay and reframe for free. Cool. We receive frame number two, art is fine, but there's a giant gap between the art and the frame.
I am upset. Yet customer service assures me this must have occurred during shipping. Send it back and we'll fix it.
So today I receive the third one. The art is pushed and dented in, and you can see the staples and GIANT gaps between the art and the frame. Like, what????????
How does this pass your quality control. If you have an issue with shipping FIX HOW YOU SHIP.
NEVER will I use Framebridge. I have wasted so much time with them. I should have just gone to Michael's. It's not worth the $100 savings just to be disappointed again and again.

Great products, easy to use!

I have had quite a few things framed by Framebridge, and have never had an issue with any of them. I keep coming back! Quick and easy, reasonable pricing. High quality.

These reviews are just horrible

These reviews are just horrible! I will never use this product. The fact that their responding is one thing but everyone has had same problem. Cheap products, was done wrong more than once for most customers. I keep seeing their commercial but then i saw the price, sorry $40 @ the least for a couple pieces of wood glued together around a photo.. nope!

Many problems with my order

I sent in a print to be framed. The turn around time and shipping was pretty quick and the process was easy. Unfortunately multiple things were wrong with my order. I ordered a black mat but received a white one. Also the print was framed so the orientation (which I noted) was wrong. It was turned 90 degrees to the right, instead of right side up. Lastly (and this is more about the quality) the frame I ordered had a gold front. There was gold paint smudged all inside the bubble wrap. They must have slapped some paint on it and didn’t even let it dry. I emailed customer service and they offered to redo the framing. So I sent it back and once it returned it was still wrong. The print is still turned the wrong way in The fame despite explaining over email and putting printed out instructions with posted in the box. At this be point I know they will still probably do it incorrectly so no point in trying to send it back again.
Edited to add: I did receive prompt and caring customer service. I understand mistakes happen and they do want to make it right.

Do not use them

Do not use them! And don’t trust the reviews on their website! They will hide the bad reviews and you will never see the truth. They don’t care about the art and the end product, they just put frame around it like a machine. So the end product is funny, huge blank boarder around the art not being covered, wrong art(a preview from phone, you can see fingers in the picture) was being used instead of the real art, huge matting threw off the proportion, no one care and ask if it is right before sending it out. And even you addressed the issue to customer care, they will keep sending the wrong item in the rest of the order. Almost feel like the operation team and customer service never talk to each other. And also, they said they work mon to sun but it is not true! There would be no one on line in the weekend for sure, and sometimes you can’t find anyone on Thursday!

They have the WORST customer service

They have the WORST customer service. I wish I didn't trust them to get my order in time so that I could surprise my boyfriend with a sentimental Valentine's Gift. When I asked several times about my order, I received nothing but roadblocks and terrible excuses. They don't even try to help you or follow back up when requested. I ordered my design in January, and somehow they still weren't able to do anything they could to help me expedite my order to receiving it on time. DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS COMPANY if you have a special gift to send. It won't get done.

DO NOT USE-they lost my art!

DO NOT order from FRAMEBRIDGE ever to frame your precious memories!!! I sent in 4 pieces of art that my Grandmother made 90 years ago. Somehow, they LOST 2 of them, even though I sent them all in together, in the same box. Their business is to frame peoples memories. That's what they do. That's it. They send you a box, you send them your art, they frame it and send it back to you. How does this even happen??? They strung me along, saying they were doing everything they could to find them, including checking video footage in their factory, for 2 months. I am heartbroken. Apparently this has happened to many others. I wish I had recourse, but without an appraisal or proof of value, which, of course, is priceless to me, they only guarantee lost pieces of art for $300. So, I'm spreading the word. DON'T USE FRAMEBRIDGE.

Outstanding in all aspects: product and service!!

Outstanding in all aspects. I never write reviews, but a great company deserves praise and respect. Especially these days when online services can be so poorly supported from a customer service perspective. I've ordered many things from Framebridge including two pieces of artwork for my twin's nursery and the quality is outstanding. Additionally, the customer service when I've had questions or needed special requests, has always exceeded my expectations. You can tell this a company that values the experience of the consumer from start to finish. Thank you for filling my home with beautifully framed art and cherished memories. Keep doing what you're doing!

Failed Twice

Good luck getting properly matted artwork from Framebridge. I sent in artwork and ordered a weighted mat (if you don't know what this is, don't go into the framing business). It arrived centered. I reached out to customer service (great customer service BTW) and they sent me a shipping label to send the artwork back in to get re-matted. They also gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. I sent the artwork back, and then it was shipped back to me. To my great disappointment and surprise, there had been no change in the matting. The artwork came back to me still in a centered mat, not weighted. They repeated the mistake. I am not sure if the artwork was re-matted or if someone just didn't do their job at all. Either way, whoever does their matting and framing, doesn't seem to know what weighted means. Thankfully I was fully refunded, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I cannot trust Framebridge to do the job I paid them to do.

Not end of story

Not end of story. Framing arrived and artwork was not straight. Emailed but then decided to call the brick and mortar store that is an hour away. The store—which does not do framing—sent me a mailing label. The person in the storefront was apologetic and helpful. Wish I had used my local framer, who would have been more creative with matting and probably a thicker frame. Since the artwork was not valuable, just sentimental, I thought $99 was a fair price. We’ll see how the next phase turns out.
